How to register
To register an account on Cookidoo® you need to use your email address.
Certain mail providers allow different notations of their email addresses. Cookidoo® only recognises the notation you used when signed up. For example, if you registered with firstname.lastname@example.org, Cookidoo® will not recognise email@example.com as login.
There is a difference between Thermomix® world, Recipe World and Cookidoo®, please pay attention when trying to log in.
The Cookidoo® site must be opened in the browser, not in Google search, and the browser must be empty.
In case you are not certain of your password, simply use the “Forgot Password” function.
If you have registered on Cookidoo® with more than one email address and wish now to keep it simple, you can either ignore the email addresses that you no longer wish to use or simply delete them.
Change your Email address
To change the email address, simply login to your Cookidoo® account and click on your name at the upper right corner Name > Account > Edit account - Change profile. You may replace your email address, however, please remember to verify and confirm your new email address by following instructions sent to your new email.
Changing the country of residence
When creating an account, the country of residence can be different from the country of your origin. Your billing information and currency will automatically be set up based on your country of residence.
You may change the country of residence, in your profile settings, click on the username in the upper right corner -> Account -> Edit account - Change Profile. Changing the country of residence will require you to enter your payment method so that the updated information will be used for future payments.
