Vorwerk collects and processes additional contact data in order to be able to adequately support all customers that experience technical problems with the software update for VR 300. Once all customers successfully perform the software update additional contact data that has been collected will be deleted from Vorwerk’s database.
Why didn’t the update over the Kobold Robot-App work?

Which information do I need for ordering the USB stick?
We need the address where you want us to send the USB stick and also the serial number of your VR300. You can find the serial number on the backside of your device.
What will I receive exactly?
You will receive a USB stick including an adapter cable for your VR300. The USB stick already contains the software update that fixes the recurring connection issue. So, you only need to follow these instructions and your VR300 will be fully functional once more.
