For TM6 there is no need for this since the Cook-Key® has been eliminated. The TM6 has an integrated WiFi module that allows easier, more efficient, seamingless communication with the internet.
For TM5 though, to synchronise your Cook-key® with the Cookidoo® recipe portal, simply tap on the synchronisation icon on your Thermomix® TM5 display.
Recipes bookmarked on Cookidoo®, organised in your recipe lists or copied into the weekly planner can be easily transferred to the Thermomix® TM5's display.
The Cook-key® does not synchronise itself automatically. You can decide for yourself how often you want to synchronise it. To carry out the synchronisation, you need to attach the Cook-key® to the Thermomix® TM5 and have the Thermomix® TM5 connected correctly to the Internet.
Please note that you can’t synchronise while cooking. That’s why the synchronization icon on the Thermomix® display is disabled during the cooking process.
If you remove the Cook-key® from the Thermomix® TM5 during the synchronization, then the process cannot be successfully completed. If any recipes could not be transferred during synchronization, then they will be marked in red. If this happens, then just synchronise again. To do this, the Cook-key® must be attached to the Thermomix® TM5.
