We are offering Cookidoo® for many countries, some of them have their own platform, others are collected into one. It is very important to select the proper platform from the start to match your country of residence, to avoid issues by using the Thermomix®.

Access to the Cookidoo® Platform Internationally
You can log in to Cookidoo® from any country by visiting the respective regional Cookidoo® website (e.g., cookidoo.de, cookidoo.fr, cookidoo.es, etc.) and using your existing Cookidoo® credentials.
Please note the following important points:
Vorwerk is unable to change the regional setting of your Cookidoo® account. Once your account is registered in a specific region, it remains linked to that region.
You can access your account from any regional Cookidoo® site using your login credentials. However, the content you see may differ depending on the region you are accessing.
Your personalized content, such as created recipes, saved collections, and meal plans, will only be available in the region where they were originally created. This means that if you log in to a different regional site, your custom content from your original region will not be visible or accessible there.
If you move to a new country and want to access content from that region, you can still do so by logging in through the respective regional site. Keep in mind, however, that your original personalized content remains bound to the region your account was created in.
I have set-up my Cookidoo® account on the wrong Cookidoo® platform.
If you accidentally set up your account on the wrong Cookidoo® platform, there's no need to worry as long as it's within the same region, such as your country of residence. In this case, you can update your country of residence yourself through your Cookidoo® account settings.
If you have created your account in the wrong region, you will need to contact customer care to request a change. Please ensure you send the request from the email address associated with your Cookidoo® account and include your residential address.
I receive an error message on Cookidoo® when trying to change the country.
When registering on Cookidoo®, you choose a specific country platform for your account, and your account data is linked to that country.
If your account is registered in a country within the European region, you cannot log in to a Cookidoo® platform outside of Europe, such as the U.S. or Australia. The same applies if your selected country of residence is outside Europe you will not be able to choose that country within the Cookidoo® platform.
Please continue using the Cookidoo® platform where you initially registered, as this grants you access to all available content worldwide. If you want to explore recipes from other regions, you can do so using the Cookidoo® search function without changing your country. Simply apply filters for the desired language and country to refine your search.
