Using the remote control function of the MyKobold you may experience some connection issues.
If that is the case consider the following:
Check if both devices (Smartphone and Robot) are connected to the same wifi hotspot.
If that is the case and the problem continues consider doing the following:
- Reconnect the WiFi of the VR300. To do this, simultaneously press and hold the Soft-Touch Buttons 2 for more than four seconds, the Wi-Fi symbol 1 must go off.
- Reconnect your smartphone to the Wifi by disconnecting and reconnecting it from the router.
- Reboot the robot - turn off and turn on the robot.
Press the start button (1) until all the LEDs have gone out.
The robot vacuum cleaner is now switched off.
Wait around 10 sec, and press the start button again until the VR300 turns on again.
