- If you have problems connecting the robotic vacuum cleaner to the Wi-Fi network, the distance between the robotic vacuum cleaner and the router may be too large or the Wi-Fi signal is disturbed by obstacles such as reinforced concrete, walls or metal cabinets. Make sure that the charging base of the VR7 robot vacuum cleaner is placed as close as possible to the Wi-Fi router to ensure a stable Internet connection.
- In order for your smartphone or tablet to successfully connect to the VR7 robot vacuum and for the robot to establish a connection, make sure that no other device is connected to it during the connection. Set flight mode on all devices that have already been connected to "VR Robot" Wi-Fi.
- Wifi6 není podporována. Ujistěte se, že váš router není nastaven pouze na Wifi 6.
- If your Wi-Fi router hides the network name (SSID), you can connect to it by clicking the "Find another Wi-Fi network" button by entering its name correctly. Check that the frequency of the Wi-Fi router is set to 2.4 GHz, as the VR7 only uses this frequency. Check this setting in your Wi-Fi router settings via a web browser.
- Zkontrolujte, zda je vaše zařízení připojeno ke správné síti a vhodné frekvenci (2,4 GHz).
- If you cannot connect to the server in the last step of the connection process, adjust your router's firewall settings. Make sure your router's security settings are not too high to avoid connection issues. If you need further assistance, contact your Internet Service Provider.
- Make sure the router is turned on and parental control is disabled to ensure successful connection of the robot vacuum cleaner.
- Warnings like "No Internet Connection" or "Unsecured Network" are no reason to panic. The robot's Wi-Fi network only serves as a hotspot for the VR7 vacuum cleaner and does not provide an Internet connection. Simply follow the instructions in the MyKobold app to establish a successful connection.
