Is my personal data stored on my Cook-key ® and what happens if I lose it?

No personal data is stored on the Cook-key ®. Synchronised recipes and recipe collections, as well as your weekly planner, are only stored on the Cook-key ® temporarily, until you synchronise it again.

If you lose the Cook-key ®, we recommend that you delete it from your user profile in the Thermomix ® Cookidoo® recipe portal.
