I am trying to switch on the Kobold VK200, but nothing is happening

Please make sure the VK200 power cable is properly engaged and that the VK200 is correctly connected to a working plug socket. If the Vacuum cleaner does not start please contact the customer service UK 0330 6600 834 ROI 01 447 5157.
