2 REQUEST RETURNS LABEL The courier will provide a return label when they collect your parcel.
3 PREPARE PACKAGE FOR DISPATCH Pack the item so that it cannot be damaged in transit. Remove the address label from the package.
4 COLLECTION The courier will collect your item at the time you've been given the day before via text message or email.
