In the Kobold Robot app I’m getting the message: “Empty the dust container and clean the sensors”. Why?

Cause:

The dust container hasn’t been emptied for a long time, or the floor sensors are dirty.

Recommended action:

Empty the dust container, clean the filter and then replace them both.

Then clean the floor sensors using a soft, clean cloth or a cotton bud.

In the app, under settings, you can adjust the period of time before your VR300 reminds you to empty the dust container.
