When the new Thermomix® reaches your home, remove the protective foil from the display and locking arms.
If in some point the display does not respond to your touch as expected please consider the following:
Liquid drops on the display like water or oil may be registered as touch on the capacitive display and impede the touch function of the display. Clean up the display with an dry soft towel and try again.
If you leave the protective foil on the display, it may affect the pressure sensitivity of the touch screen and your commands may not be processed. Remove the protective foil and try again.
Third-party screen protectors and foils may disrupt the normal function of the touchscreen.
In case you have removed the protective foil and clean the display and the touchscreen is not reacting or is slow to respond, please restart your device.
