Thermomix Friend® recipes are specially developed for cooking with the Thermomix® in combination with the Thermomix Friend®.
Within the search filter on Cookidoo you can search for Thermomix Friend® recipes. A new search criterion was created for this purpose: Additional Devices
If this is activated, you will only receive recipes that can be prepared with the Thermomix Friend®. All Thermomix Friend® recipes can be prepared with the TM6 and TM5.
Thermomix Friend® in recipe information
Once you click on a recipe, the detail page will contain a label telling that the Thermomix Friend® is needed for this recipe, as well as a green banner on the top of a recipe page telling that the recipe needs this additional device.
What kind of recipes are developed?
Thermomix Friend® is about parallel cooking and parallel dish completion. Through this great benefit, you can not only cook the same dish in parallel and by this prepare for a party for instance, but also create a full menu while the main dish is cooking on the Thermomix Friend®, or simply save time within one main dish which contains sequential cooking steps.
If the same recipe exists for Thermomix® only and the integration of Thermomix Friend®, both recipes will be on Cookidoo. However, some recipes are a combination of existing Thermomix® dishes or have an extra component that the Thermomix-only recipe does not have. In these cases, the Thermomix Friend® recipe differs from the original Thermomix® recipe.

The time saving by using the Thermomix Friend® is on average 25%, depending on the recipe.
No Thermomix Friend® recipes in my country
If you cannot find recipes for Thermomix Friend® with the country filter you have set, no recipes are published so far for this country. In this case, also the Thermomix Friend filter is not available in the search. The development of the new recipes differs in time in between countries.
