• After washing, my parquet cloth is not as white as before

  The cloths are definitely clean after a 60°C wash, but the cotton may become slightly grayed. This is a natural process.

• Can I use the SP 2-in-1 vacuum and mop to remove the black streaks from shoes on the floor?

  Yes, but you may have to work on those areas a little bit longer. In general, however, it should be possible to remove most streaks.

• Why does the SP520/530 drift slightly to the left if I do not control the appliance myself?

  This behaviour is related to the direction of the fibres (capillaries) on the cloths and is completely normal.  

• Roughly how much floor space can I clean with a hard floor cleaner cloth?

  We recommend basing calculations on your own experience. You can usually clean up to 60 m² with a cloth and a full tank.

• Can I use the SP 2-in-1 vacuum and mop on underfloor heating?

  Yes, there’s no reason why not! The only thing is that the cloth may dry more quickly, so you may have to replace it more often or refill the tank more often.

• Do I need to wash all new cloths before using them for the first time and can I put them in the clothes dryer?

• What is the difference between the parquet cloth and the universal cloth?

  The universal cloth is made from microfiber, whereas the parquet cloth is made from a cotton blend.

• Which suction level should I select when using the SP520/530 on my vacuum cleaner?

  You are best advised to use the highest level.
