Please check the following in this order:
- Is your Tiger’s filter bag full? If so, please change the filter bag.
- Is the electric suction hose blocked? Please remove the blockage (for example, with a folding rule)
- Is the electric suction pipe blocked? Please remove the blockage (such as with a folding rule)
- Has the appliance become too hot? Please open the appliance, remove the hygiene microfilter and allow the appliance to cool for around 30 minutes
If the cause cannot be identified or eliminated using this list, please contact customer service.
