Temperature and speed

The Thermomix Friend® features three speed settings. The mixing knife always rotates in an anti-clockwise direction (reverse rotation). 

– Level 0 (off) 

– Level 1 (90 rpm) 

– Level 2 (200 rpm) 

The Thermomix Friend® temperature can be set from 37°C to Varoma.

The product is under guarantee for two years. 

Settings                                                                                                  

The Thermomix Friend® is produced with fix settings, like sound duration, sound volume, or display backlight. The settings cannot be changed.

Safety

The Thermomix Friend® it is very stable and safe, as it meets all the safety criteria of the certification institute called VDE. The stability for the Varoma on a Thermomix Friend® is comparable to Varoma on the TM. For the whole device we put extra weight on the bottom so that it is stable.

Due to the feature that the motor automatically stops once knife blades feel a resistance, there is no risk related to the rotating knife inside the bowl. Thus, it is not dangerous to operate the Thermomix Friend® without the feature of additional locking arms.

Power consumption

Power consumption and noise are lower than on the TM6 or TM5.

The power of the Thermomix®® friend may vary depending on the temperate of cooking and the speed of the knifes. The maximum electricity consumption of the Thermomix®® Friend is 950 Watt.
