Please clean and dry the 5 pins under the bowl, put the bowl back in place and restart the appliance.
If the bowl contains very cold or frozen food or was kept in the refrigerator and placed directly on the appliance, please empty the bowl, and rinse it with hot water. You can then refill the bowl and continue the recipe immediately. If the problem does persist, please try:
- Check with food at room temperature
- Check with another bowl
- Check the bowls on the Thermomix®
Please do not insert cotton swabs into the pins contact seal as the cotton may stuck there.
