Water is leaking out of my VG100

If water is leaking out of the VG100 before starting cleaning or while cleaning, follow the steps below:

1. Check that the rubber closures on the fresh and/or the dirty water tank are properly in place.
2. While inserting the tank, place the window cleaner in a horizontal position on the tray.
3. Empty the dirty water tank in case it is full.

The water tank is only correctly engaged when you hear an audible click from the lock/release button.
