Please check whether the filter bag is full. If so, replace the filter bag.
Check whether the vacuum cleaner is blocked and remove any blockage.
Clean the electric brush too, if necessary. To do this, you can open the flap on the underside of the brush.
If the electric brush still does not vacuum or distributes dirt, please contact customer care.
