That's no problem, because every time the robot goes out to clean, it uses its sensors intelligently for navigation, rather than moving according to the obstacles included in the floor plan. In principle, the floor plan is only used to make sure the no-go lines are taken into account, not for navigation as such.
What happens to my floor plan and no-go lines if I move my furniture or get some new items?
