If your VR200/300 is displayed as offline, this may be due to some of the following reasons:
IP address of the robot has been assigned elsewhere
WI-Fi fluctuations
If you notice that your robot is shown as being offline in the app while it is running, it could be because as you may know the Wi-Fi signal may be weak in some places in your home.
When your robot is shown as being offline in the app, you cannot control it at that time using the app. The cleaning run, including the robot’s observation of no-go lines, will not be affected.
Router have or it get updated with increased security settings
Check the router settings to see whether a MAC address filter/blocker has been configured. If so, remove the robot ID from the blocking filter. This 12-digit number, separated by colons, can be found on the back of your robot vacuum cleaner.
Robot battery empty
If the battery of the robot is empty, the robot is going to be displayed as offline. Please make sure that the robot is charged, just press the power button on the robot and check the battery status.
No internet
Please make sure that the home Wi-Fi is on, and working correctly, you may test the Wi-Fi connection with some other Wi-Fi compatible device like your smartphone.
Some other device is obstructing the connection
In some rare occasions it may be that some other radio signaled devices are obstructing the Wi-Fi connection as they work on the same frequencies. For example baby-phones, the neighbors Router, ore some other devices that use frequencies between 900 MHz 2.4 GHz, 3.6 GHz, 4.9 GHz, 5 GHz, 5.9 GHz.
If you suspect there may be such devices, please try to switch it off and test the robot once again.
Please make sure that the latest firmware of your robot vacuum cleaner is installed. You can find the latest versions here: VR300 and VR200.
