In the Kobold Robot app, I’m getting the message, “Please restart”

Cause

Your robot vacuum cleaner needs to be restarted.

Recommended action

Turn the robot off by pressing down the green Start button until it switches off.
Then start the robot by pressing the green Start button again.

If the error then persists, please contact customer service.
