How do I set the duration of the warning tone?

Since software version 2.2 for the Thermomix ® TM5, you have been able to set the duration of the tone yourself.

In previous software versions, the tone continues to sound until you carry on using the appliance, or until you press the selector. If you leave the appliance alone, it will sound for 15 minutes and then switch itself off completely.

In the new version, you can set the duration of the tone to suit yourself. The following options are available:

• 10 seconds
• 30 seconds
• 1 minute
• 5 minutes
• 15 minutes (this is also the default setting)

For safety reasons, you can’t switch off the tone completely.
