How do I download the MyKobold app?
The MyKobold app can be found in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, depending on your operating system.
Is there a charge for downloading the app?
Downloading and using the app is free of charge.
What operating system do I need on my device to be able to use the app?
The MyKobold app is available for two operating systems: iOS and Android. We support all iOS versions from 13.0 onwards and Android versions from 7.0 onwards.
How will I know if there are updates for the app?
Depending on the settings on your mobile device, the update should install automatically or will ask in advance for your permission to install.
Can I install the app on more than one device?
Yes, the app can be installed on multiple devices. An email verification will be required in order to see your account on more than one device.
Why can’t I create a fixed password for my account?
“Password-free authentication” is a type of login that no longer requires a password. Just like the TAN procedure for online banking, a so-called “one-time password” will be sent to the assigned email address every time the account is logged into.
If you want to open your account on a second device, enter the email address for the account, open your email account and enter the code that you are sent into the MyKobold app.
How can I give feedback about the app?
There are various places in the app where you can provide feedback. Technical problems can be reported by shaking your device; this then opens a message window where you can add images, videos and texts about the issue. In addition, you will also find a feedback option in the “More” menu at the bottom right of the screen. You can enter your thoughts there as free text.

In the “More” menu, you will find the “FAQ” option. We have listed all the most frequently asked questions there, together with answers. If your question has still not been answered, please contact Customer Service. Please use the reference “MyKobold app query”.
