The view of your robot vacuum may be obstructed by an obstacle directly in front of the laser sensor. Please make sure that nothing blocks the view of your robot, make sure to remove all stickers and protective films before starting up the robot.
Obstacles such as floor-to-ceiling curtains, radiators and sagging furniture can also cause this error. You can easily block such areas using no-go zones in your floor plan.
