You can return or cancel vouchers you have bought within the 14-day cancellation period, provided the voucher has not been either fully or partially redeemed.
All you have to do is prove that you purchased the voucher (photographic ID, receipt). Your money will then be refunded by the same method used for the original payment.
Your voucher cannot be canceled by, or returned to, your Thermomix ® representative.
