What kinds of vouchers does Vorwerk offer? How can I redeem them, and what for?

There are generally two types of vouchers – Value vouchers and promotional vouchers

Standard vouchers are available as voucher cards or printed PDF files (paper voucher), while promotional vouchers are marked "promotional voucher" and are sent to you in the mail or by email.

You can currently choose between the following denominations of vouchers: EUR 30, EUR 50 or EUR 100.

You can obtain standard vouchers all over [COUNTRY] in our online stores (Thermomix and Kobold), Vorwerk Stores, or from your Thermomix ® representative or Kobold customer advisor. They can be redeemed in all these locations and by contacting customer services, for example if you want to credit a Vorwerk voucher to an outstanding invoice.

Generally speaking, you can redeem standard vouchers for any Kobold or Thermomix product, except for Cookidoo®. There is no minimum spend required to use the vouchers. Items by Twercs, Vorwerk Flooring, Temial or JAFRA products are excluded. In addition, vouchers cannot be used for invoices from our repairs service or for ongoing financing arrangements.

There are special promotional vouchersfor Cookidoo® as part of certain promotions, for example for the Cookidoo® annual subscription. However, standard vouchers cannot be redeemed at Cookidoo®.

You can redeem a maximum of one promotional voucher per purchase or several vouchers, up to a maximum total value of EUR 1,500. Any remaining credit will remain on the voucher until the next time it is redeemed, or until the validity period has expired. Value vouchers are valid for 3 years while promotional vouchers are marketing promotions and are valid for a limited time (maximum 1 year).

You can assign value vouchers and promotional vouchers to other people and so, for example, give them as gifts to family members, friends or other people you know.
