Thanks to MyKobold, you also have a link to our central Customer Service and can find out in seconds where your nearest Vorwerk store is – complete with directions from your current location. This means that all your questions can be answered and items you need, such as replacement filter bags or cleaning agents, will arrive at your door in no time at all.
Do I need an internet connection to use the app?
Yes, you need an internet connection to download and to use the app.
Can I also order special offers via the MyKobold app?
If applicable in your market, the app provides you with links to the closest Vorwerk store, web shop and customer support. The purchase will be performed by you in the selected channel following the usual process. There is no in app check-out.
