How do I set up my devices?
Add your devices under “My devices”. To do this, you need to click on the “+” icon or on “Add device” (if devices have already been added, the “Add device” button will be found underneath the list of your devices).
Why am I not able to add electric brushes or vacuum mops under “Add main devices”?
You can only add main devices like the Kobold VK or VR in this section. Attachments can be added when you open the respective main device. You will then find electric brushes, etc., under “Attachments”.
Which Kobold devices can I set up in the app?
The Kobold devices supported by MyKobold app changes according to market and is under continuous development. Supported devices can be seen in the app along the “Add Device” flow.
How many Kobold devices can I set up in the app?
It is possible to add as many main units as you own to the MyKobold app.
Why can I only add one electric brush/vacuum mop/etc.?
While owning multiple generations and multiple units of the same attachment is a rarity among users, it would make the app usage experience too complex, if the mentioned cases were also covered by the app. For the sake of keeping usage as simple as possible, the addition of attachments of one specific category is limited to one.
Can I set up more than one of the same type of device (e.g. two robots)?
Yes. The app allows several of the same type of device to be set up. The app stores each (similar) device with a different profile. This means that each (similar) device can be configured individually.
Can I remove devices that have been set up in the app?
First, you need to display all devices under “My devices”. Then click on the particular device that you want to remove from the app. Now click on the three small dots at the top right “ . . . ” and then on “Remove device”.
Caution: this removes the entire device profile, including any additional configuration (attachments, spare parts, consumables, etc.) of the device profile in your app.
How can I add my attachments (SP, EB, etc.)?
To do this, you need to select the individual device in the app that you added previously. (If you haven’t yet added a device, see “How do I set up my devices?”) Then click on the “Attachments” button, where you can search for your attachment and add it to the device profile.
How can I find the particular consumables I need (filter bags, etc.)?

No, but you are more than welcome to give us feedback via the app. To do this, shake you mobile device or go to “Give feedback” via the “More” menu at the bottom right of the screen.
