- You can use our easy returns service where we will send you the necessary transportation packaging for your appliance and arrange for it to be collected.
- You can bring your appliance into any Vorwerk store for repairs. We’ll send it on to our repair service.

Easy returns service
Using easy returns makes it really simple for you to send in repairs.
Just phone our customer services on PLACEHOLDER - TELEPHONE NUMBER and before you know it, transportation packaging for your Thermomix® appliance will be speeding its way to your chosen address.
When you receive it, just pack up the faulty appliance in the cardboard box provided and arrange a collection time with UPS. The package will be collected as your request and sent to the Vorwerk repair service.
Of course, you also have the option of taking the package to a UPS Access Point yourself.
The technicians at the Vorwerk repair service will inspect and repair your appliance, and will contact you directly if they have any questions. Your appliance will be returned via DHL.
