How do I remove the food from the bowl of a locked appliance so that I can send/take it for repair?

1. Disconnect power supply
2. Try to pour or tip out the food; you may find the spatula useful
3. You must not try to clean the Thermomix® under running water, e.g. in a sink
4. Send/take the TM to a service centre
